I have found Block Buddy Ltd, in particular Lee Williams, to be very quick and efficient to rectify any issues I have reported. This was evidenced earlier this year when I had a leak through my bathroom ceiling, Lee organised a contractor to visit immediately and the remedial work was carried out to a high standard.
