Working With A Residents’ Management Committee
Some sites have a very organised and involved Residents’ Management Committee, and at Block Buddy we welcome this, as it is encouraging to see people take as much care and pride in properties as we do.
We embrace the individual styles that each Residents’ Management Committee adopts and we consistently work with them to improve matters and to manage as the Residents’ Management Committee wish.
Block Buddy will provide as much assistance as required and tailor our management style to suit you and your needs. We offer flexible support, whether that is in the frequency of meetings, the style of reporting or even the frequency of site inspections.
Some sites may not have a Residents’ Management Committee set up. If this is the case, we’ll be happy to liaise with you to establish a Residents’ Management Committee.
